Maturation: after fermentation in steel tanks, there is a maturation time of 7 months in used small oak barrels and at least another 7 months maturation time in the bottle. Ruby red with light violet reflections, aromas of violets, raspberries and spicy hints of rosemary, finely woven tannin, a firm acid structure and the fruit sweetness result in a harmonious wine and good food companion.
