Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc ist weniger tanninreich als sein Verwandter Cabernet Sauvignon und daher früher zugänglich und trinkreif. Er wird meist mit anderen Sorten zu Cuveés verarbeitet.
Cabernet Franc has less tannins than Cabernet Sauvignon and therefore needs less time to mature and is drinkable earlyer. The Cabernet Franc is mostly used in combination with other types of grapes to create Cuvées.
