St. Laurent is part of the burgundy family. Its flavour of wild berries and black cherry are typical of St. Laurent. The wine is very elegant and perfect to dishes with vension and mushrooms. The St. Laurent vom Stein produced by the Winery Umathum has already won the Burgundy Style Trophy in London against its sensational French contenders in the year 1995.
