The Cuvée Rosè is born after a 24-month fermentation process on the lees, during which it acquires both olfactory and flavor complexity. Its perlage is very fine and the color, antique pink, immediately reveals the potential of this wine. On the nose it is very elegant with salty notes and leaves room for hints of small red fruits and rose petals. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, we encounter fruity aromas and all its elegance is confirmed. The parlage is delicate and flattering, the salty sensation and freshness emphasize the ease with which this sparkling wine is drunk. It is suitable as an aperitif but handles a full menu with nonchalance. It is also suitable for elaborately prepared fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8° – 9°C.
