The base wine is fermented traditionally and then dried grapes are added after the initial fermentation. After the second fermentation, the wine matures in used barriques for about 1 year. Medium ruby red, floral notes on the nose, well balanced and easy-drinking, goes perfectly with various pasta and meat dishes, a pleasure in summer when slightly chilled!
