Maturation: The yield is reduced to 1kg per plant, which means you need 4 plants to produce 3 bottles of wine! Aged in barriques for 18 months, followed by 6 months of aging in the bottle.
Description: intense garnet red, concentrated notes of cassis and blackberries on the nose, herbal spiciness and mineral notes, rich in finesse and elegant on the palate, notes of cherries and dark berries, good body with crisp tannins, very good aging potential.
