Maturation: After the traditional red wine fermentation in wooden barrels, the young wine matures for about a year in French barriques and in large wooden barrels.
Description: Dark garnet red, concentrated fruit on the nose, like ripe wild berries, light spicy notes, nice tones of cocoa, dense and complex wine on the palate with fine tannins and a long finish.
Food recommendation: ideal with strong dishes, with grilled dark meat, game, wild fowl and spicy hard cheese
