Maturation: After the traditional red wine fermentation in wooden barrels, the young wine matures for about a year in French barriques and in large wooden barrels.
Description: Dark ruby red to garnet red, fruity nose of ripe blackberries and wild berries, light herbal notes, reminiscent of hummus, spicy, dense and complex on the palate, a wine with fine tannins and a nice length.
Food recommendation: ideal with strong dishes with grilled dark meat, game, game poultry and hard cheese
