After a rest period of at least 24 months on the lees in the bottle, the spumante unfolds its full finesse. In the glass it shows a fine, continuous perlage and a golden yellow color with golden reflections. Fragrant on the nose, with notes of biscuits, bread and fresh fruit.
The silky, creamy carbonation gives way to an acidity that stimulates salivation and brings back the biscuit and hazelnut notes.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also with a meal, it shows the versatility of a Metodo Classico.
Excellent with freshwater fish, cold white meat and summer salads.
