Aging: some of the grapes are picked in August and dried for up to 30 days, these berries are then added to the must of the grapes picked in September and fermented. Description: luminous amber, scent of exotic fruits such as mango, passion fruit, orange and grapefruit, a lot of sweetness on the palate, caramelized fruits, honey, harmonious and long in the finish.
